After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.
1, If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.
2, If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing.
3,Sometimes, customer will make a sample mold, which is smaller and cost less, Just for making samples. Sometimes, customer make a big mold directly, for both making samples and mass production.
4,After mold making, we will test the mold, if the mold is ok. Then make the samples, our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and check the steadiness and so on, to make sure the samples are good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for checking.
5,After samples confirmed, we will start mass production. The production flow as bellow:
Raw Material Test→Cutting Material→hot bending →polishing→edging -100% Inspection→cleaning→IPQC→Packing
6,After mass production and FQC, then we will pack the quality products in plastic bags or stretch film and then in cartons. If you need customized package, we can also make it, but need more money.
